It has been a disaster ever since I purchased a 2019 DS7 Crossback in 2022. Waterlogged taillights were present when the car was delivered, and the issues have persisted.

It has taken more than two months for the dealership, which is more than 120 miles distant, to identify the problem. I'm at my breaking point. My husband is too. Does anyone else have comparable experiences with DS7 Crossbacks?

So sorry to hear this, I haven’t had issues like yours, but it’s disappointing to hear about delays in fixing such a significant problem.

That sounds like a total headache! Super annoying when you’re stuck dealing with the same problem over and over, esp after waiting forever for a fix. hopefully, the dealer finally gets their act together and sorts it out, but it might help to escalate things if they’re not making progress.

@Cutie_clown8080 Waterlogged taillights are a known issue on some DS7 models, usually because the sealing around the edges are not that strong. If the dealer is taking too long, check for any service bulletins related to this problem. Also, if you haven't already, try reaching out to DS customer support directly like @ritaoNiN suggested. Good luck!

That's a terrible experience. Two months for waterlogged taillights on a 2019 DS7 is unacceptable. Consider escalating to DS directly or seeking legal advice.

Definitely give DS customer support a nudge if the dealer's being slow about it. If it drags on, maybe look into lemon laws or other consumer protections. You shouldn’t have to deal with this crap!
