My brother's 2022 DS4 isn't getting any updates. I've tried everything, but nothing works. The dealership and customer service aren't helpful. I'm running out of time before my warranty ends. Any ideas?

You have to ensure the car is connected to a good internet source. Use your phone's hotspot (I assume you have a 4g connection).

First ensure the car is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, and check update settings. I'll also suggest you push for escalation with customer service or request help through DS social media channels.
