DS7 E-Tense Rear Suspension Issue

My 2020 DS7 E-Tense has been acting up. Feels like the rear suspension skips or bounces every time I hit a bump or pothole.

I’ve checked the tire pressure and tried different driving modes, but the issue persists. Is this a common thing with the DS7?

I’ve totally noticed the same thing and always figured it might be due to the hefty battery packs in hybrid cars, but now I’m wondering if there’s more to it. Yep, I’ve heard that it’s a known issue. But could it possibly be linked to a suspension fault?

Yeah, I came across someone's similar problem that said DS is aware of the issue but doesn’t seem to be doing much about it. I’ve got the Performance trim, and one expert thought it might be a suspension balance thing, since it wasn’t tuned properly for either sports or comfort. I’m planning to get it checked out soon to make sure the suspension’s all good. Super frustrating!

Lots of folks have had their rear suspension arms swapped out under warranty since it's a pretty common issue with the car.

Either a worn out shock absorbers or suspension or damaged/weak springs. Eitherway, let your dealer take a look at it.
