My wife and I have faced an issue with the E-TENSE Remote Control since I recently acquired the DS7 E-TENSE 225hp. Although it only functions on her phone, we both wish to access the battery and charging info through our different accounts. I receive a notification stating that the subscription is unavailable when I attempt to access my account.
Has this happened to anyone else with several accounts? Do you know if each account needs a subscription or how to fix this?
