Is the DS 7 good for getting around?

A friend of mine has a DS 7 Prestige trim and has mentioned only two minor issues. Both issues were resolved with a software update: the language being reset to French and the screen turning off when CarPlay was disconnected. Aside from that, he didn't have any major issues with his DS.

I was thinking about getting a DS7, but I decided to check out some other cars from the same group first.
I test drove the Peugeot 5008 and the Citroën C5 Aircross, and I was pretty impressed with both.
I'd definitely recommend taking a 24-hour test drive to see if it's the right car for you.

Hey everyone! So has anyone gotten their hands on a DS 7? How was it? Personally, I think it's hands down the coolest-looking SUV out there. Do you reckon it's a solid choice for a mobility car?
In my opinion, it is more than enough. But as @NKOB said, a test-drive is a must before any purchase.

Since it’s part of the PSA group, I don’t see why you wouldn’t consider this car. PSA produces cars and bikes under brands like Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, and Vauxhall. Still, a test drive is a must to really appreciate it.

I finally got to try out the DS 7 a while back and let me tell you, it's a sweet ride! They've got this new 1.2-liter version now that's loaded with all the bells and whistles – heated seats that actually massage you, fancy radio, a huge touchscreen, and seats that adjust themselves.

And get this, the little 1.2-liter engine has some serious punch! The Motability lady I talked to said they might be dropping a 1.6-liter version later this year, but we'll have to wait and see.

The DS 7 is definitely a looker, and I’ve heard great things about the ride comfort and interior quality. As a mobility car, it should work well, especially with the spacious cabin and easy access. That said, I’d make sure to test it out thoroughly, especially for things like visibility and ease of parking, depending on your driving needs. It’s always better to be sure before committing.

It definitely turns heads with that design! The DS 7 has style, features, and comfort perfect for a mobility car if you want to stand out. Have you taken it for a spin yet, or just admiring it from afar?

DS is with Citroën and Peugeot. I've tested similar cars from them, and they were good. A 24-hour test drive is the best way to know if the DS7 is right for you.
