Issue with E-TENSE remote control on DS7 E-TENSE 225hp

My wife and I have faced an issue with the E-TENSE Remote Control since I recently acquired the DS7 E-TENSE 225hp. Although it only functions on her phone, we both wish to access the battery and charging info through our different accounts. I receive a notification stating that the subscription is unavailable when I attempt to access my account.

Has this happened to anyone else with several accounts? Do you know if each account needs a subscription or how to fix this?
 
You can't have two accounts for the same car. Just use your account on both your and your wife's phones. Don't make a new account, it might mess things up.
 
Thanks for the advice..I’ll try using my account on both phones. I didn’t realize multiple accounts for the same car weren’t supported. I hope this will fix the issue.

Did it fix the issue? Try unlinking and relinking your accounts or logging out and back in to see if it refreshes the connection.
