My DS7 Crossback has been in the dealership for a month due to a faulty voice activation system. Despite the voice activation icon appearing on the screen, the system fails to respond to voice commands. Hands-free calls initiated through the touchscreen work fine, indicating an issue with the voice activation microphone. The dealership is working with DS Technical to diagnose the problem, but progress has been slow.
 
Yeah, looks like the problem is probably with the voice activation mic, since hands-free calls are working fine. Good thing the dealership is teaming up with DS Technical to figure it out; but it might take a bit due to the system's complexity. Keeping up with regular follow-ups could help move things along faster.
 
I’m dealing with the same thing! The system totally ignores voice commands, and it's honestly driving me crazy. Got any updates @yasfm? Did the dealer manage to fix it?

Try fully rebooting your system

I agree with @Redbird51. A system reboot won;t fix this you'll need a mechanic from your DS dealer to diagnose and repair the issue. I'd also suggest contacting DS Automobiles directly to see if they can help expedite the repair.
 
Sounds like your DS7 is giving you the silent treatment!😅 Hopefully DS Technical gets the mic working soon so your car can finally hear your commands. In the meantime, enjoy the peace and quiet, just hope it doesn’t become a trend!🥲
 
That sounds frustrating, especially with it being in the shop for a month. It’s good that the dealership’s working with DS Technical, but I can imagine the wait is tough. Hopefully, they’ll get to the root of it soon! Keep pushing for updates
